16w6d & strep throat. Anyone else?

Anyone dealing with strep throat or have dealt with it while pregnant in the past? 
I just tested positive. Besides antibiotics (which I'm now on) what else are you doing to help feel better. This is miserable. :(

Tea (decaffeinated) I also heard lemon water, honey, and basically anything hot to drink will help ease the sore throat a bit. Also, salt water gargles! For me, it’s gross bc I hateeee the taste of the pure salt basically in my mouth but it actually does work and you can gargle as many times a day you want!

I had it early on...took antibiotics, and for congestion I could only use the Netti Pot
