Anyone had heavier cycle with
I’m on third cycle taking
Twice a day. I have short lp and short cycle with light spotting before af and short af.
Well I’m ovulating and now today Cd 1 and it’s super heavy. I think that’s normal but hasn’t been for me for 14months. Wondering if the vitex is working or not. Thanks
