TTC question

If you Had sex twice without using lubricant. And the next day and the day after you had sex using Spit as lubricant. Can that effect the sperm that was previously there? When we had sex without the spit? I know stupid question, I’m just seeing if it would effect the sperm that was inside of me prior to the days of having sex with spit
