Faint positive and clear positive still confused

i am 5 days late for my periods tested this morning i got faint positive on cheap test and clear positive on first response, sharing pictures of both i dont know what does this means... so confusing
symptoms my boobs are little sore and i have major acidity.
Also i miscarried back in october, i am really nervous, please pray for me
