Feeling HORRIBLE about eating my cravings
I’ve always been a generally very healthy eater. Veggies and fruits daily, good sources of protein and carbs etc. no that I’m at over 6weeks I’m seriously hating everything. The thought of food makes me gag. I’ve literally only wanted candy and ginger ale. I’ve been force feeding little by little but seriously just makes me want to gag. But everything like French fries and chocolates and even cereal sounds SO good but I feel terrible feeding myself that. Someone help me feel better 😭
