When did you tell your employer?

I’m 15+2 and have told one person I work with that I’m pregnant but haven’t told my direct supervisor yet. As I work remotely, I haven’t felt like I needed to tell them super early in order to make any special working accommodations. When is everyone telling (or when did you tell) your supervisors?

I told my boss right around 12 weeks but he and everyone else had already figured it out.  First baby and I started showing just after 11 weeks 😂 oh well I guess lol. He was cool about it and told me to let him know if I needed help with any of the paperwork for my FMLA/ disability leave

I’m telling mine next week at 18w mostly because I’m having a really hard time hiding it now 😂 I wasn’t planning to say anything originally until 20w

I told mine yesterday at 16 weeks. 
I am a receptionist and don’t see my supervisors regularly so I didn’t feel a need to tell them right away either. I told my boss at a staff meeting yesterday since it’s the first time I’ve seen him in person in a long time. 
Everything went really well.

As soon as I got a positive.  I'm pretty good friends with her and had 2 early losses this summer. It was more of a pray for me and hope this goes well. She kept her mouth shut and let me tell everyone else when I wanted. She is pretty awesome.

I told mind at 14 weeks. Layoffs coming and I wanted him to know so they don’t hack too many and lots of projects to plan for. Also I told my boss before coworkers or social media since I was worried it would get back to him prior than me telling him. I’m remote in Seattle and he’s in Atlanta.

I went to tell my employer @ 13 weeks with this pregnancy and before I had the chance to tell him, he laid me off because the company was doing poorly and they we're losing money!! 😭 Talk about devestating!
Luckily, my prior boss with an amazing company I worked for in Denver, swooped in & saved my life by offering me a job back with the company I was with for 4 years! It's a remote position as well, and I disclosed my pregnancy before the job offer from him. So they already know, and he has no issues with it and is happy for me and my family. 
I've told my boss at 15 weeks, 12 weeks and this time 13 weeks, with each pregnancy.
