Weight loss without exercise

Hey everyone so I’ve basically lost a little bit of weight but seems like a lot to me and the thing is I’ve literally not been gym , I’ve just been cutting down on foods and only drank water since 3 months ago. Anyway I’ve been 14 stone 5 now I weigh 13 stone 3 is that good progress ? I’ve not seen much difference cause maybe it’s not a lot of weight lost but I’m almost down to 12 stone and then my goal is to be 10 stone I’m 17 and 5ft 6 I also plan to go gym soon too
