37w4d Today FTM

Last night I went to bed feeling pretty dizzy and nauseous. When I woke up this morning I was still a bit nauseous but not too much and very slightly dizzy. Through out the day I’ve had sudden mild dizzy spells and nausea. A little after 1pm I started feeling mild lower back aching along with period-like cramping and the dizzy/nauseous spells come with. Every 10-20 minutes I get the mild lower backache with the cramping and dizziness/nausea and am still having them. I almost feel like I cant move my head too fast without getting nauseous. Could this be the start of first stage labor? Or is it false labor? I don’t know if my plug has come out yet and my water hasn’t broken. But my vagina and bum ache like I’ve been riding a horse. Still feeling the baby move between aches, I’ve lied down, sat up, walked around, drank water but nothing seems to change. I’ve also had quite an increase in white discharge over the past week or so, some days so much I need to change my underwear in the middle of the day. And have had bad pelvic pain since 33w. Baby dropped a few weeks ago.
