It could be but It’s unusual. The bottom middle teeth typically comes in first though.

I think so! My sons looks similar. We haven’t had an appointment yet so I havent been able to have his dr take a look.

Look just like my little man’s gums and my pediatrician told me he’s teething. Does he have a lot of extra saliva/drooling?
