Just seeking some advice on what would be best . As I’m constipated quite a lot whilst being pregnant

I just started doing Metamucil in the morning and it totally turned my constipation around!!

My OB told me to mix Miralax is apple juice. One serving per day in a glass of orange juice until I pass, I finally went on the third day and felt so much better. After that I added fiber one bars and fiber one cereal to my daily routine and its helped me stay regular.

Find a prenatal without iron if you aren’t anemic, daily fiber supplement pills like Metamucil, and LaxaDay or Miralax. They aren’t laxatives but they draw water into the digestive system, keep things moving and were approved by my ob.

Ok so lol I have been dealing with this over a week 🤦🏼‍♀️ milk of magnesia worked before but not now and it’s GROSS! I took some colace but 🤷🏼‍♀️ all while I’m drinking as much water as I can. I finally tried miralax in the morning, every other morning, and I may not be going like normal yet but I have had some relief once a day with it.....it has no taste and you can put it in whatever liquid you want. Good luck....I feel your struggle

Water, high fiber foods, chew your food really well. And girl, when in doubt get a stool softener. (Not laxatives!)

Lots of water and foods high in fiber like green leafy stuff or fiber supplements.
