PHELP ME OUT

So I am 18 and been working at McDonald’s for a year and a half now. Today I randomly got a raise of 25 cent from since I’ve first started so $8.75. I have a daughter now and I need to provide for her. But since it pays for my school my mom won’t let me leave McDonald’s at all. I do have grants to cover the college cost but she is telling me I HAVE to stay. Yes I am 18 but she is the roof over me and my childs head so any advice... please I can’t deal with $8.75 that is nothing especially when I pay for gas, food, sometimes formula, car payments and any extra needs.
