Ideas for my fiancé Valentine’s Day gift??

I have some ideas but I want to do something totally unexpected!!! I am down for any and all ideas !!!!

I second the watch. My husband lost his favorite watch (he got it when he was in the navy but the face is cracked) when we moved into our house almost a year ago. I found it about a month ago and took it to be repaired without him knowing. If it comes back in time I'm considering getting it engraved also.
We don't really celebrate valentines day, but our first baby is due a couple weeks after so I asked my husband for a "baby moon". Basically we're going to have one really good date night. It's a surprise but I'm guessing it'll be along the lines of getting dressed up, dinner, movie, maybe a hotel.
So that's an idea. 🤷
My husband is in love with his car so car gifts are always good for him... Got him tires for Christmas. Maybe a Bluetooth radio hook up? Or a hanging organizer? Tool box? Windshield cover if you're in the colder states and have to scrape windows.
My husband's also a computer programmer. So i pestered him on his preferences and then did some research and got him a gaming keyboard. (it ended up being the exact model he was looking at - score!) I've also considered replacing his chair. I leave all the internal stuff to him though because with all the research in the world I could never pick the right stuff for what he does. So maybe a gift card so he could pick it out?
I just started cutting his hair, so we went all out on getting a new kit. Then he started complaining about his beard trimmer. So that's on the list to replace soon. Nose hair trimmer? Soft new towels?
My husband's also obsessed with the gym. Before we shared money I bought him 3 months on his membership. Wrist straps? Funny gym shirts are also kind of a tradition. "Jym" protein or weight gainer shakes are one of the best. They have a lot of other products too.
His favorite beer?
We just got "my pillows" and it's been amazing. (he doesn't snore anymore)
He's obsessed with his slippers.
So that's where my mind goes when I have to think about presents for my husband.... Hopefully this helps. Idk what your guys into. 🤷
