my first tattoo, it’s on the inside of my foot. it’s been almost 3 weeks since I got it done. why does

it look like this??? it’s really dry, cracked & raised I try to keep stuff on it all the time.

Its healing, it'll probably need to be touched up as it looks like some parts didn't take. That's normal. Keep it clean and the ointment on

Tattoos are open wounds that will scab and heal over time, just like any cut. Put aquaphor on it! It will heal fast.

Where the ‘less’ is it’s bled out underneath the skin abit, very common. Just means the artist has used a little extra forced on that part of the skin because that area of skin specifically tends to fade fast. 
It is still healing and by the looks won’t be for another 10-14 days or so with good upkeep.

Totally normal. It’s healing and sometimes areas don’t take the first time. Go and have it touched up 4-6 months after you had it done.
