Back pains gotten worse as the day has progressed, my cervix is non stop pulsing, been losing my plug all day but no “bloody show”, period like cramps from 7:10, the time on the left is the duration of the cramps and the time on the right it’s minutes in between each! I’ve been timing them just incase, the other night I thought was the start but was a false alarm but tonight I’m really hurting, FTM so unsure on all this to be honest, help a lady out 🙏🏻
