Is anyone else experiencing brown cm/spotting after sex? How are you dealing with it? Do you just expect it and continue having sex or are you avoiding sex?

It seems to happen every time we have sex, no matter how ridiculously gentle we are. My midwife has said its fine to have gentle sex as i got checked out and it seems to just be due to having a sensitive cervix this pregnancy but boy does it make me uncomfortable every time i see it. We barely have sex now because of it.
