Discharge

Hi everyone! Full disclosure, this is going to be a TMI moment. My husband and I are trying to conceive. I have missed my period, have negative tests and now I’m noticing a discharge. It isn’t a ton and it isn’t making me itchy and it’s not painful, but it does have a smell. It’s not foul, it kinda smells like cream cheese. It doesn’t look or feel like a yeast infection. Sticky for sure and it’s white when semi-dry on my underwear. Has anyone experienced this and know what it could be?
