Eating Disorder recovery

I’m currently 25 weeks and have been struggling on and off with my body image and food intake. I am enrolled in a Bradley Method class and a part of what they do is include a food log to manage protein intake and eliminate processed foods. While I understand why they encourage a certain diet, I feel very restricted by the rules of “no sugar, no processed foods, etc.” which was a catalyst for me eating more processed foods and candies than I would like. So I’m wondering, are there other mamas on her that are in recovery from an eating disorder? And if so, how have you coped with some of the triggers that comes along with growing a baby?
