Has anyone had all negative hpt and positive blood test?

Hello, I’m 15 days late for my period I’ve taken so many home pregnancy tests and they all so negative. I went tot he doctor to have a pregnancy test urine and it came back negative. Is it possible to get a positive blood test??? Does this even happen and has anyone had this happen!! Thanks
