NSTs and not high reactivity?

Hey ladies,

I told my Midwife how at 31weeks I’m still not noticing much movement and feel the patterns are inconsistent. I have now had two NSTs and the OB/midwife stated it’s reassuring but since there aren’t huge spikes, they’d like to see more activity. If not I may need to go to hospital for further testing. He did pass the biophysical profile so they felt much better after that.

I’m getting worried and wonder if anyone else dealt with this? If so may you share your experience?
