My HCG level dropped below 900 today. This was a miscarriage.

I found out this morning I’m pregnant. I would be 7 and 2. Went to the ER for severe cramping that i was having last night, before I knew I was pregnant.

I had another positive urine test as well as a positive blood test. My HCG level was only 1600. They couldn’t see anything on the pelvic ultrasound.

They want me to come back Wednesday for another OB panel to see if my levels have doubled or dropped.

Anyone experience something similar? I saw my first baby on an ultrasound at 5 weeks and my second at 10. Just wondering if there’s any hope.
