Fertility vitamins?? Recommendations please!

Question

Anybody taking vitamins to boost fertility?? I’ve seen the One a Day packs with his & hers and I’m debating buying the pack for me and my hubby... my stomach is usually super sensitive so I’m nervous to spend money and then not be able to take them!
I’ve also read reviews on amazon for a lot of brands with herbal blends that women say have caused miscarriages or are unhealthy when TTC. So much conflict info out there!!

They don’t boost fertility but they help you have a healthy baby when you get pregnant. Don’t buy the one a day preconception-it’s a rip off. Just have your partner take a regular men’s multivitamin and you take a prenatal vitamin. The herbal blends that “boost conception” are meant for specific conditions and should be well researched to see if they’re right for your specific body.

I've been trying to conceive since June lasr year until September , no results . On 18th september i bought Pregnacare for him&her (being adviced by a colleague who succseeded this way) after 3 weeks i got pregnant . As i read about taking vitamins they are more important for him to take them (improving the quality of sperm) , but also for you . Good luck !

Oddly enough my periods became more regular after I incorporated b complex and fish oil. I have PCOS and read that these were helpful for luteal phase support and inflammation among other things. More than likely I’m an exception and my body was just lacking these things due to poor diet. It has not helped me get a bfp because these are still underlying issues that I need to control like insulin resistance (I’m taking Ovasitol for that instead of prescribed Metformin). 
I’ve read good things about various “fertility blends” of herbs and supplements, but keep in mind not everyone responds to those touted blends the same way. Herbal supplements are powerful and could actually throw cycles off. It’s all trial and error... and I’ve definitely had many errors trying various supplements. I’m wary of the potential effects of most of the “fertility blends,” esp. things like Vitex which seem to be great for those with irregular cycles but not for those who are already regular. I just take a regular prenatal so that I have plenty of folate, and also take myo inositol on its own for egg health.

I'd go see a naturopath that can help recommend supplements. I was buying Baby & Me natural prenatals but the ones I can get from my naturopath are just as good and cheaper! Ubiquinol (not CoQ 10) is also recommended for both male and females. My naturopath agreed.
