After reading It Starts With The Egg, I built my supplement/vitamin routine around those suggestions. They include a good prenatal, ubiquinol, omega 3s, NAC, vitamin D, myo-inositol, magnesium.

Prenatal, iron, vitex, vitamin b, vitamin c, clomid cd5-9, Mucinex, baby or low dose aspirin, (hubby takes fertilaid for men) presead, fertility smoothies with seed cycling, opking, temping, and hcg shot at ovulation. :)

What’s the cassava root for? I use cassava root flour to thicken sauces instead of wheat flour... I couldn’t imagine what benefits it would have
