Evap or positive?

Took this test around 4:00 pm, nothing showed up right away so threw it away. Got it out of trash around 9pm. The stick is still wet. Positive or no?

Can I add that everything I read on the internet says that evap lines have no color?? That line is BLUE! Testing again tomorrow!

I'd retest that's pretty dark. Use a frer.
