Let me give you some background. My Husband is a 2LT in the Army and His friend from college, and fellow officer passed away last night unexpectedly. They went to college for 4 years and commissioned together as officers in 2017. Her mom works here at Ft. Campbell which is where we are stationed, she always watches our daughter and has become a close friend to us also. My husband and I are both upset because not only did a friend lose her daughter but we lost a friend as well. There’s no doubt we are going to the funeral but it’s come up, would it be inappropriate to bring my daughter? She’s 6 months, like I said. The mom has watched our daughter plenty of times and is familiar with our little one.
