2nd baby first home birth and I'm so excited! Please share some of your birth affirmations! 34+2 here

I can’t home birth because I hemorrhage after birth, so need to be in a hospital. I do still go med free and my favorite is ‘I can do anything for a minute’ I repeat it when the pain feels unbearable at the end.

Birthing center for our first! If all goes well I’ll think about a home birth for our second. 💕 I’m going to be telling myself to “lean into the pain” as I progress in labor. I tend to tense up with pain but if I focus on leaning in and welcoming it then I am confident that I can relax through the intense contractions. Good luck mama! I had excessive bleeding last time, so no way.
I’d rather do something that can go wrong and kill me among medical professionals.
