Increased night waking?

Anyone else’s baby start waking up more often around 7 months? My baby has start waking up every 1.5 hours recently. She is EBF and sleep trained. I don’t mind going in there every 3 hours but every 1.5 is making me LOSE MY MIND 😩 I’ve tried to just wait it out until she falls back asleep but she will just continue crying out until I come in there.

Yes. Mine just went through that at 6 months. It’s normal to have a regression. It was three weeks of waking every two hours. It was horrible, but one day it just stopped

Ours did too. I waited a month and a half and finally I was so sleep deprived from waking up 6-7 Times a night that we started sleep training. It made a huge difference.

Are you in a leap? My baby always wakes up way more during a leap.

Yes 😭 I'm sooooo exhausted and he was sleeping 8 hours straight not too long ago so I know he is a good sleeper.

Mine is sleeping about the same but currently wants to eat every hour during the day. There’s always something with these babies right?

I'm in the same boat. It's making me into a zombie. :( I'm trying to troubleshoot but.. most articles talk about baby not getting enough calories during the day (he does), enough naps (we have 3 good naps), having a good routine (we've had the same one for 4 months now, and it worked at one point), baby must fall asleep on his own (he does, for naps and bedtime)... I'm lost. 😁

Yup, same here. His crib is in our room and many nights I have to check on him every 20 minutes or so between 10-1...😡😭😳
