I had sex at 4 weeks postpartum

Didn't use a condom, but he pulled out before he even had an orgasm. We both showered before and after. Just wondering if I'll get an infection and how to know if I have one? I said I would never be someone to have sex before 6 weeks postpartum, but I couldn't wait anymore 😅
