Hey y’all! So I have had a pain in my leg the last couple days that feels like it came out of no where. At first it felt like shin splints, but now it feels like it’s shooting from my hip downward. I’m thinking it might be sciatica. I can’t go to a Dr because I don’t have insurance in the state I’m in nor do I have the money.

A little background about my body. I have very hypermobile joints and very unstable, hips that slip out of socket. I also have high arches and that’s not so kind on my body either.

I just don’t know what to do. I’m in a lot of pain
