15 MINUTES EXCERSISE A DAY CHALLENGE(for those who don’t excersise at all.)
Hey all!
Don’t mind my shouting I’m feeling motivated!
So I don’t excersise at all I’m pretty lazy I admit I lost a lot of weight from just changing my diet ( 250lbs to 150lbs ) but unfortunately I crept back up to 169lbs) and my weight wouldn’t go down also I’m trying to get my body the healthiest for

So I’ve set my self a challenge to do atleast 15 Mins of excersise everyday . ( and I know people who excersise will laugh at that but I have a disability so can’t over do it and I’m lazy so I have to start somewhere ! Atleast 15 but I did almost 30 today !
Anyway I wondered if anyone wants to join me in this challenge to do atleast 15 mins a day and post here for accountability and to say if they did it or not and how they feel !
If no one joins I will just use it as my own accountability
