Have you tried having her as a surrogate? You can try but I would get a lawyer involved just Incase she tried to keep the baby (not saying she’s going to but people could change there mind).

I personally wouldn’t do it. I would only use a surrogate that I didn’t kno (from an agency), didn’t have any tied to, have a legal contract setup, n preferably use my eggs if I had any viable. Things can get messy with any situation wen u involve friends or family members

I would check to see what the laws are. Before I’d consider it I’d ensure there would be absolutely no way she could try to keep the baby. That would be my fear.

For all the people saying no why not?
I personally said Maybe but that’s because if it was my last option of having a child why not. As long as it’s done with an insemination kit and they weren’t having sex I’d be ok with it.
