Baby aspirin in first trimester

Is anyone else taking baby aspirin in the first trimester?

I have had 2 miscarriages in the last 6 months, I'm currently living outside of the UK and my doctor doesn't speak much English so struggling to get any advice and the tests I want done. I spoke to my cousin in the UK who is a midwife and she checked with an early loss specialist at her work who recommends I take 1 baby aspirin a day for the first trimester. My Dr here has said I shouldnt take this as it could cause complications if I do have another miscarriage.

Anyone taken this and got through the first trimester already?
