My fiancé and I have been together for six years this month and we are in the process of planning our wedding. We were only 16 when we first started dating but were perfect for each other. Over the years I have got nothing but love from his mom. She always told me how much she appreciated me and how much she loves me for loving her son. We have been engaged since July of 2018 and at first she was really happy and couldn’t wait for our wedding. Now, she is texting him saying things like we are two different people now and she doesn’t want him to marry me just to make up for her and his dad being divorced and unhappy. I really want to confront her about the situation but should I? I don’t want her to think any worse of me but I’m hurt that she started feeling this way.
