High fetal HR

I had another scan last week and measured 6.3 weeks. HR was 189 which seems high. My OB said she has seen up to 200 so she wasn’t concerned, I however, am worried because it seems too high right now. I feel like I am measuring behind and that would be more aligned with 8 weeks (which is what I thought I was originally). GS 16mm CRL 5.2.

Anyone have advice on this? I don’t go back for another week so I am trying to calm myself. Sent my OB a message for reassurance but have not heard back yet.

I asked her at my appt if my HR could affect the fetal pole HR but she said no. My HR is typically higher than normal (80-90??). Mostly because of anxiety but could just be my normal. I no longer take propranolol for it since becoming pregnant.
