Hcg levels

I have a question. I found out I am pregnant on Friday I went in for lab work on Monday and my hcg was only a 64 and my progesterone is 11.5. Is this normal. I’m supposed to be 4 weeks. I go back tomorrow for more lab work. I just want to know if this has happened to everyone else.
