I was on the pill for the last 18 years and quit 2 months ago and got my first period 3 days ago. The last two days have been absolute hell. The flow is just undescribable. Never seen this before. I have to change tampon/pad literally every hour!! Feel like im going to pass out everytime i stand up.

My periods always used to be very light and lasting 2-3 days. Even before the pill when i was younger, it was medium flow and was lasting 4-5 days.

I cant go 7 days with this flow... It this normal? Is this how my flow is going to be from now on?

And the cramps...
