Pinching sensation... could it be implantation????

Ok so I am having a sensation/pain I have never had before. It feels like pinching on my cervix up in in my area! Kind of like someone is pinching me with their fingernails. Then sometimes I have pinchy feeling cramps. It was intermittent yesterday with a horrible back ache... today it seems to be pretty consistent since I woke up but back ache not as bad! If I go by glow I’m 11 dpo but I really feel based on symptoms I ovulated later which would make me around 6-7 dpo! Has anyone else experienced this? Any thoughts on what this could be? TIA!
