It’s my 2nd day on and this is the worst cramping I’ve ever had. I can’t concentrate, I feel like I am gonna be sick. I normally have a 5-10 min break between them... not this time. I was just in class and had an episode where it was just STABBING pain for like 1 hour. I asked to go to the front office (we don’t have a nurse), when I stood up it was excruciating 😖. And I’m bleeding VERY bad,has this happened to anyone else

I’m now completely exhausted 💤, and I’m at school too. Could this be endometriosis, I’m adopted so I don’t know my health history.
