Implantation can happen anywhere from 6dpo to 12dpo...if you were to implant at 12dpo then realistically you wouldn't expect to see a BFP till 3-4 days after. Sooooooo there's still a chance! You're not out till af!

You still have a chance until AF shows! At least that's what I'm told. I'm in the same boat! AF was supposed to show yesterday and I've been getting BFNs.
