So this is basically what my periods have looked like the past 9 months. Been to the doctor countless times only to be told they don’t know what’s wrong and to get on birth control. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Well clearly my hormones were all over the place, so instead of just getting on birth control which I’ve had my reasons for not wanting to start again, I looked for a more holistic approach.

One month on this stuff, my period only lasted 6 days! (I’ve been averaging 11 days of bleeding each cycle sometimes more) And it came when it was supposed to and hasn’t showed back up yet. A lot of women I’ve read take this to help ovulate and conceive. That wasn’t my goal so I can’t speak on that, but it’s definitely doing something good. So I reccomend for all you ladies who need a hormone balance but aren’t too keen to birth control

I was not trying at all, I just wanted a normal cycle. I did try for about 8 months last year and it didn’t happen... yea I definitely recommend this product for women with anytime of period issue.
