So i was doing some research about prenatals while not pregnant and i saw that it can screw up your cycle and i literally bleed 2 times a month. My pee turned so dark and i thought my kidneys were failing me. I stopped taking my gummy prenatals and my pee is NORMAL AGAIN! My dr is the one who said to take them and now im just not going to. I feel like they screwed my cycle up (maybe too much vitmains?) And the fact that my pee went back to normal color after not taking them for 3 days made me even more suspicious of them. I have an appointment feb 14th and im not going to take them to see if i bleed again before that. Anyone else have any issues like this? Today my bleeding STOPPED. no spotting either like it was doing for months! I would spot for days after and today i finally feel like it was a normal period bc the bleeding just stopped like it normally did before i had my son! Im so mad bc i feel like i set us back in ttc bc of this.
