Adhesions

Random question but does anyone have any abdominal adhesions from previous surgeries? I had an open appendectomy. The pain in my pelvis is why I sought fertility treatment. Long story short I’m pregnant with an IVF baby.

Now that I’m pregnant the area around my scar hurt so bad. Internal pressure like pain. My doctor said it’s normal and most likely from the adhesion. Just wondering if anyone else has experience with this. Scared what will happen as my belly gets bigger!
