So i have a lot of ultrasounds due to my gestational diabetes and they are the 2D nothing clear or anything but when we do the ultrasounds for fetal growth or in general my baby looks like she has bigger nose and bigger lips and bigger everything she looks nothing like me or the dad. I didn’t have these much ultrasounds with my first born since everything went smooth in my pregnancy with her but is it because at 38 weeks she’s squished in there and is moving so they don’t come out as clear and still? I just find it weird every time i get photos how different she looks
