Tried & True date recipes!
I just did some reading on evidencebasedbirth.com (shout out to whoever suggested that site! 🙌🏼) and now I would like to prepare some foods/snacks with dates in them for the last couple of weeks of pregnancy & postpartum recovery.
Do you ladies have any recipes that you really enjoy?
I eat larabars anyway and it’s said to have 2-3 dates per bar but it’s recommended to have 7 dates per day.
