Pregnancy Dreams?

Had a very very vivid dream last night, it was all in slow motion and the only thing happening was that I had 2 pregnancy tests. One FRER and a Clear blue digital. And they were both blazing positives. I remember running to my SO and shoving them in his face and when he went to hug me, I woke up. This happen to anyone and get pregnant the following cycle? Just got off a weird period so hoping it's my month. (P.S. my birthday is tomorrow and I'm hoping I get my sticky bean as a present.)
