Tips for cramps?
Hi. I started my period last night and today i have had horrible cramps and sore ovaries. I took ibuprofen 2x today (about 3-4 hrs apart) then a pamprin about 2 hrs ago. Nothing seems to be helping. I have not been able to move today bc its just been constant pain. Anyone have any tips? I get cramps every month but rarely this strong and painful.
