Mamas! I’m 25+3. I am on Makena auto injectors, last injection was given on Saturday 3 days late. I also have a cerclage that was placed in as an emergency due to a 1.3cm, dilating, funneling cervix. At my 2 week post-op appointment my cervix was stable, but funneled all the way down to the stitch. Over the last week I’ve been having weird bowel movements that go between softer to diarrhea. I feel like I always have the urge to go poop but I can’t. I’ve also been having frequent period like cramps and occasional back pain. Yesterday I got the worst, most sudden pain in my lower abdomen. I circled a picture of the area and I’m attaching it to this post. The pain had me doubled over and last about 10-15 seconds before I could stand back up. On top of all this I’ve been getting tickling/twinge sensations in my cervix, it’s almost like an itch. It’s made my foot twitch before it’s so strong! I haven’t had any bleeding whatsoever. My question is, is this all normal at 25 weeks pregnant or something more concerning? I’ve never been this pregnant before so I’m just checking!
