I usually have 28-32day cycles which have been pretty predictable the last year. I really have never had spotting mid cycle before but this month I started having spotting 6 dpo. The spotting was mostly when wiping, and went on for 5 days and I did experience mild cramping on and off but never lasted more than 20sec at a time and it was pretty intermittent/unpredictable. The first 2.5 days it was light brown maroon color, and again only when wiping.. thought maybe it was my period very early since towards the evening it was leaving a light discharge on my pad and tried a slim tampon but it didn’t absorb very much. 3rd day was a bit lighter maroon rather than brown (mostly when wiping) and then the 4th and 5th days of spotting, it was more closer to a light brown. I felt super exhausted that week with the spotting despite sleeping 7-8 hrs per night and the past five days I’ve gotten short bouts of nausea and have had some serious breakouts on my face, neck and chest area (I really only ever get minor acne on my chin around my period). I’m now 3 days late and not sure what is going on 🤷🏼‍♀️ anyone else ever experience this?
