Mine is tilted back. This was me 30 weeks with my first. I didn’t “pop” until closer to 34. Ultrasounds were sometimes difficult to see babe. This time around as well.

My mom has a tilted uterus!! It caused her some TTC issues and she thinks it caused her MCs and my premature delivery, but I am rather old, that was many years ago LOL

My uterus tilts forward. I'm thin anyway, but I show early and get huge. I was 34 weeks here with my second. She was born 2 weeks later at 4lbs11oz.

My other daughter was born at 28weeks weighing 2lbs12oz

My uterus tilts backwards and causes lots of pain on my back end and sciatica early in! I heard it will make it difficult to see our little been when we have an ultrasound and will take longer for me to show which I’m bummed about both! I can’t wait to rock a bump and am dying to see my little been as soon as possible!
