Help?!

So I started taking Junel Fe 1/20 the last week of December. On January 1st I got put on prednisone and two other antibiotics for a cold. January 8th right around my ovulation time I had unprotected sex. Ever since then I’ve been getting faint positive. Last week I went for bloodwork and my hcg was 2 MIU. I am going for repeat bloodwork Thursday but I just want some input. I’ve been extremely nauseous which is very uncommon for me and i have just been feeling very off I’ve been sleeping non stop and having crazy amount of discharge all kinds from watery to egg white to chunky white. Not to mention I have to pee every half hour! I was supposed to start my period with my sugar pills and got nothing not even spotting. A few days later I got brown discharge that barely filled a panty liner for about 3 days.When I was pregnant with my son I didn’t find out until I was 5 weeks pregnant and all of my tests were coming back negative. What do you ladies think?
