Should I be alarmed??

So recently I saw one little red pimple/bump on my left breast and I've never had a bump like that before so I'm obviously confused by it. In my family health history, my grandma had passed away from cervical cancer so I'm scared that this bump/pimple on me might indicate the early stage of something dangerous like breast cancer and I don't wanna psyche myself out but should I be scared and get help asap or should I not be too worried about it??
